1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SmartOne IPTV. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our IPTV digital streams portals, customized player playlists, trial codes, and remote server links.
By accessing our streams, setting up M3U lines inside your player, or purchasing any active subscription plans, you declare complete and absolute acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree, you must stop utilizing our streams immediately.
2. Authorized Service License limits
Subject to your purchased pricing package, SmartOne IPTV grants you a restricted, non-transferable, revocable, digital license to connect to our stream servers on compatible hardware player apps. You strictly agree:
- No parallel screen abuse: You will not stream on more simultaneous screens concurrently than designated by your purchased plan. Doing so triggers automated script security locks on your line.
- Anti-Restreaming Block: Restreaming, capturing, distributing, or publishing our live feeds, video arrays, or satellite signals to secondary servers represents severe license abuse and incurs immediate connection termination.
- No Credentials sharing: Your M3U connection lines, Stalker portal logs, and passwords are isolated to your personal household. Public distribution of logs is strictly forbidden.
3. Performance and Stream Conditions
Because stream relays traverse the public internet, performance is contingent on your localized download speed and CDN routing quality. We recommend 10 Mbps for HD, and 25 Mbps for 4K. While we employ high-efficiency anti-lag servers, you acknowledge that brief latency, temporary canal blackouts, EPG guide updates, or carrier drops represent expected internet parameters.
4. Refund Policy and Paid Plans
All paid membership subscriptions (1, 3, 6, and 12-Month Packages) are settled upfront as single payment values. We stand behind our stream stability. If you suffer unresolved terminal lag within the first 24 hours of starting your paid subscription, message us on WhatsApp, and we will issue a complete prompt refund. No refunds are practical after the initial 24-hour setup period.
5. Legal Responsibility and Content Disclaimer
SmartOne IPTV delivers technical IPTV relays and streaming links. We hold absolute zero ownership or hosting responsibilities over individual broadcast packages, movie arrays on-demand, or channel schedules. Subscribers agree to independently comply with all local intellectual property copyrights, streaming rules, and legal parameters within their country. We hold no liability for jurisdictional streaming compliance.
6. Alterations to Feed structures
Our engineering team updates satellite paths, removes dead channels, adds movies on-demand, and structures server lists weekly. These optimizations are automated and are designed to improve stream speed and roster choices.
